 Ingredients: 2 Cups Self-Raising Flour - 1 can Coke - 1 tin Condensed Milk - 4tbs of Cocoa Powder - 2tbs Milo - 2 drops Vanilla Essence - 2 drops Rose Essence - 190gms Butter Method Beat condensed milk and melted butter. Add dry ingredients - alternate with Coke - Mix batter well with spatula and pour batter into prepared 6in square/7in round cake pan. Bake at 160C for 45 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean. : 225 gms butter - 175 gms brown sugar - 2 egg yolks - 2tsp of vanilla essence - 350gms plain floor & 2 tbs cocoa powder (sieved together) - 200gm walnuts (roasted and chopped) - 200gms chocolate chips. Method Cream butter, sugar and egg yolk till light and creamy. Add vanilla essence and mix well. Add in flour and cocoa powder mix. Add in chopped walnuts and chocolate chips and mix well. Use 2 tea spoons to scoop mixture onto a greased baking tray (each cookie should appoximately be the size of a 20 sen coin). Bake at 160C for 15-20 minutes or untill cookies are browned on the edges. Cool cookies and keep in an air-tight container. Tip! - instead of chocolate chips - try using mini M&M's for cookies for kids |
